South African actor Thabang Molaba, who gained recognition for his captivating role as Karabo "KB" Molapo in Netflix's Blood & Water, is making waves in Hollywood. The rising star will be joining the star-studded cast of Now You See Me 3, set to release in theaters on November 14, 2025.
Molaba's breakthrough in Blood & Water earned him widespread acclaim, establishing him as one of South Africa's most promising young actors. His role in the series, along with appearances in other beloved South African productions such as The Queen and Diamond City, paved the way for his major Hollywood debut.
In this latest installment of the high-octane Now You See Me franchise, Molaba will share the screen with legendary actors like Woody Harrelson and Morgan Freeman. Directed by Ruben Fleischer, whose previous successes include Venom and Zombieland, the film promises to deliver the same thrilling combination of high-stakes heists and jaw-dropping magic tricks.
Returning cast members Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman reprise their roles as "The Four Horsemen" — a group of illusionists using their talents to expose corruption. Fans of the franchise can expect Now You See Me 3 to continue the tradition of intricate illusions and mind-bending twists, as The Four Horsemen take on new high-stakes challenges in their battle to expose the powerful forces of corruption.
